Booking Policy

To pay for your class/course, please email Kat@thekatalyst.co.uk and I will provide bank details to pay by transfer or standing order where applicable. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive your booking confirmation via email and any details important to the class you are participating in.

Please kindly let me know where possible, if you can or can’t make a class, by phone or email.

If you decide not to renew your space at the end of your booking, it will be re-advertised and likely lost.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

For all sessions you must be 18 years old or over.

Refund Policy

Please be advised refunds are only available if you cancel your class with 5 days or more notice before the start date. Minus your booking fee £10.00.

Please be advised any classes missed will not be refunded or carried across. As your place has been reserved.

If you are denied entry or asked to leave a class due to not following the disclaimer and informed consent form, you will not be refunded.

Variations

Due to circumstances beyond control, I reserve the right to change the start time, venue, date or instructor of your course or class. You will be notified if this happens, and a pro-rata refund will be given if I cannot meet your needs.

Privacy Policy

What personal information does The Katalyst process on this website? your name and email when joining the Katalyst Club on the class descriptions page, your consent is given when submitting the information. The Katalyst processes your information only when there is a valid legal reason to do so and will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary or permitted by law.

Why does The Katalyst use the above personal information? To administer the class services and updates and to communicate with you 🙂
